You are covered for all the item's components, including cables and laptop chargers... We only exclude consumables laptop batteries, inks, toners etc. , accidental damage, user abuse, data loss and software problems.

In the event of failure and your item being uneconomic to repair, we will provide an alternative of equal or higher specification. The item's description will state whether Windows is loaded or not.

For items in a sealed box. We will issue all buyers with a printed and fully itemised VAT invoice. The vast majority of our items have come from corporate customers and will have been cleaned and electrical safety tested before despatch.

Used equipment will obviously show signs of wear and tear, but will not be functionally impaired or structurally damaged. Laptop batteries will have been individually tested to exceed 60 minutes of continuous use - if a lower running time is achieved this will be mentioned in the description.

Laptop chargers will have been inspected and replaced if not up to standard. If the item has any significant issues that detract from its value, these will be mentioned in the description.

A noted defect may relate to cosmetic appearance eg. Deep scratches, missing items eg. Case covers, or something that is not working but that does not render the whole item unusable eg. A broken LAN socket on a laptop with wireless capability.

What you don't get. You won't get any problems or poor service. We are an established and reputable company with offices, staff and telephones - not dodgy dealers operating from a mobile!

The item will be carefully packed and then normally delivered by a parcel courier such as DHL. You may also collect from our offices in person, but only by prior arrangement.

To avoid potentially fraudulent operations, pickups by third parties, such as your own courier, are not normally permitted. This means we do not normally deliver laptops etc.
