If height is an issue with your application, consider a 10t capacity load cell at only 25mm (1") height and 50mm (2") diameter. AWC is a low profile , stainless steel , laser welded and sealed load cell meeting IP68 protection. You can make a tank or hopper weighing scale using 3 or 4 load cells.
